Wow! This is the first time na nakabasa ako ng news na katulad nito. Di ko akalain na meron palang on-going plan now ang government natin na magtayo rin ng mga subway sa Manila.
According to this news from Kensetsu News of Japan, JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) open to the public here in Japan and start accepting some proposal for 12 mega projects outside Japan at kasama na dito ang future plan of constructing a Mega Manila Subway in the Philippines.
They will only accepting proposals from company na meron technology and skills and experience in building subway outside Japan. It will be divided in Phase 1 and Phase 2. Phase 1 will include the land inspection kung saan possible na construct ang subway, then the concept and design in building the subway stations and ekinaka (shopping malls inside the station). Then on Phase 2, it will be the actual design of the said project.
