Sa mga nagtatanong tungkol sa bagong inilabas na order ng ating President about sa "Enhanced Community Quarantine", ito po ang aming pagkaka-intindi dito at isusulat namin sa Tagalog upang maintindihan ng mga followers namin here in MALAGO. "Outbound passengers intending to depart the Philippines from any of the international airports in Luzon shall be allowed to travel for a period of seventy-two (72) hours from effectivity of the Enhanced Community Quarantine".

Ibig sabihin nito, sa mga aalis ng Pinas at manggagaling saan mang international airport ng Luzon, meron lamang kayong 72 hours (3 days) now, para umalis dahil allowed pa. After ng 3 days, from MARCH 20, di na po kayo allowed na makaalis dahil ipagbabawal na nila. Ito ay sa LUZON area lamang, so yong mga galing ng DAVAO at iba pang international airport outside LUZON area, allowed pa rin na mag travel palabas ng Pinas, kung walang ibang ordinance na nilalabas ang local municipality nito.

PARA SA MGA PAPASOK NG PINAS MULA SA IBANG BANSA, NAKASAAD DITO NA:

"Inbound international passgengers, in transit upon effectivity of the Enhanced Community Quarantine, shall be allowed entry, subject to applicable quarantine procedures if coming from countries with existing travel restriction imposed by the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) on Emerging Infectious Diseases.

All inbound Filipino citizenz including their foreign spouse and children, if any, holders of Permanent Resident Visa, and holders of 9(e) Diplomat Visas issued by the Philippine government shall be allowed entry, subject to applicable quarantine procedures if coming from countries with existing travel restrictions imposed by the IATF".

Nakasaad dito na during this "Enhanced Community Quarantine", makakapasok pa rin tayong mga Pinoy traveler sa international airport sa Luzon kung dito ang lapag ng flights natin dahil open pa rin ang mga international airport sa Luzon area. Since walang nilalabas na travel restrictions ang IATF for travelers from Japan, wala ring quarantine na isasagawa sa atin paglapag ng airport. Maaaring confirm nyo lamang kung meron quarantine ordinance na pinapa-implement ang local municipality ninyo sa Pinas, at ito ay dapat nyong sundin.

Since open ang mga airport sa mga uuwi sa Pinas galing ng ibang bansa, dapat din nila sigurong palabasin ang mga ito para makauwi sa kanilang mga lugar o probinsya. Nakasaad din sa Number 6, na "Mass public transpot facilities shall be suspended", so it means na yong mga private car or vehicle na susundo sa inyo sa airport ay allowed to travel pa rin basta meron lang kayong maipakitang proof sa checkpoint. So check nyo rin kung ano ang magiging restrictions ng pagtravel sa inyong mga local municipality sa Pinas.

So, unless na hindi CANCEL ang mga flights ninyo pauwi ng Pinas, maaari pa rin kayong makauwi during this implementation of "Enhanced Community Quarantine" in LUZON area.
