Ang kababayan nating ito which is living in Tokyo, 53 years old ay nakapasok nang Japan noong year 1987 using passport of the other person. Meaning peke ang identity nya, then naging isang overstayer, at nahuli.

Sya ay nakipag live-in sa kasintahan nyang Japanese noong year 2011, then on May 2013 sya ay binigyan ng deportation order by the immigration. August 2013, after the deportation order, sya ay nagpakasal sa Japanese na kalive-in nya.

Ayon sa naging hatol nang supreme court, ang deportation order at that time ay hindi naaayon sa batas dahil ang relationship ng Pinay at ng Japanese at that time ay nalalapit na sa kasalan at ang pagsasama nila bilang mag-asawa ay malapit ng maging legal. Kung hindi sya nabigyan ng Special Visa to stay in Japan at that time, maintaining their relationship will be difficult ayon pa sa supreme court.

Naglabas naman ng comment ang Tokyo Immigration about sa naging hatol na ito and they said that they will review the result and do some discussion about it to related parties.
