Tulad ng news I posted here yesterday, ang mga dumating na mga medical workers here ay mga under sa JPEPA (Japan Philippines Economic Partnership Agreement). As of now, under this agreement lang ang nakakapag-papasok ng mga medical workers mula sa Pinas dito sa Japan. Kaya mag-iingat sa mga nagkakalat na mga agency and recruiter na tumatanggap kuno ng mga medical workers at baka mabiktima kayo.

Ang JICWELS (Japan International Corporation of Welfare Services, Homepage: http://www.jicwels.or.jp/index.html) ang syang nagko-control ng lahat ng mga medical workers na pumapasok here in Japan under EPA (Economic Partnership Agreement). Hindi lamang Pinas ang meron EPA sa Japan, meron din ang Indonesia at Vietnam kaya nakakapag-padala rin sila now here ng mga medical workers.

Every year, ang JICWELS ay nagpapadala ng request or job order sa Pinas kung ilang medical workers ang kinakailangan nila. Natatanggap naman ito sa Pinas ng POEA (Philippine Overseas Employment Agency) at ito ang nagha-handle ng screening ng mga applicants. At the time na makatanggap sila ng job order, the POEA will announce it in their homepage.

I think, mostly month of June sila nakakatanggap ng job order mula sa JICWELS and they will post it sa homepage ng POEA. They will post the requirements and procedure kung paano kayo mag-aapply. After they posted the job order, they will start the screening and checking of the applicants with interview batch by batch during month of July. Then by September, they are ready to go to Japan and arrived here around middle or third week of September.

Yong mga out of this criteria, magalit man kayo, wala kayong magagawa dahil yon ang condition ng Japan.

Sa mga meron ng experience working as caregiver here in Japan before at nasa Pinas, meron pa rin kayong chance na makapasok here. This year, they approved already yong TRAINEE VISA for MEDICAL WORKERS. This VISA is different po compare don sa mga under sa JPEPA. To apply for it, maghanap lang kayo sa Pinas ng mga agency/recruiter that is hiring about this. Ingat lang and make sure na yong inaaplayan nyo is legal at accredited talaga yong facility na pupuntahan nyo here in Japan. Otherwise, baka maging biktima kayo ng human trafficking na talamak nowadays.
