Ayon sa news na ito, inaprobahan na ng Japan Ministry of Labor kahapon February 26 ang pagbibigay permit sa mga Certified Care Worker under JPEPA program na magtrabaho sa mga home nursing upang mapunan ang kakulangan sa mga trabahador sa area na ito.
Sa ngayon, ang mga care worker under JPEPA ay limited lamang na mag work sa Intensive Care Home for the elderly at Long-Term Care Health facilities. Subalit sa pagbibigay now nila ng permit, they can now work in a home-visit nursing field also ayon sa news na ito. This will be limited only sa mga pumasa sa examination.
