Other item na dapat nyong check sa inyong working agreement (WA) bago nyo ito pirmahan ay ang magiging working days ninyo at working holiday or rest day. Basically kung regular employee kayo, ang magiging working days ninyo ay Monday to Friday or during weekdays lamang.
It will be a 5 DAYS working day at ang rest day naman ay Saturday and Sunday or during weekend. Japan government is promoting this na ang maging working days lang ay 5 days and take a two days rest lalo na recently na marami ang namamatay dahil sa over work.
It is very necessary na malaman ninyo kung ano ang magiging working days nyo lamang upang kung pinagtrabaho kayo during your rest day or holiday ninyo, magiging iba ang computation ng sahod ninyo at that particular day. Kung shifting kayo, maaaring meron kayong maging work during weekend din, kaya important na malaman nyo ang mga araw na ito.
Also, important rin na malaman nyo kung ano ang magiging treatment nila sa work ninyo in case na pinapasok kayo kapag national holiday (red calendar). Iba rin ang magiging computation ng inyong salary in those particular day.
