Base sa binigay na pahayag ng head of Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) kahapon April 14 ng dumalaw ito ng Japan, kinakailangan nitong itaas ang consumer tax to 20% kung nais ng Japan na maibalik nila ang dati nilang strong economy and its stability.
