Ayon sa news na ito, naaprobahan din sa mataas na kapulungan ng Japan today November 18 na hindi na matutuloy ang pagtaas ng consumer tax to 10% from 8%, na planong gawin next year April 2017.

Hindi ito matutuloy subalit binago lamang nila ang panibagong schedule nito at plano nilang ipa-implement sa darating na October 2019. Pangalawang beses na itong nai-extend simula ng maging si Prime Minister Abe ang namumuno dito sa Japan ayon sa news na ito.
